Classic Paneer Butter Masala

  • 250g paneer (cubed)

  • 2 large tomatoes (pureed)

  • 1 tsp red chili powder

  • Salt to taste

Preparation Method:

Heat butter in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until aromatic. Pour in tomato puree and cook until oil separates. Add spices and mix well. Add paneer cubes and simmer for 5–7 minutes. Finish with cream and a small cube of butter for extra richness.
